How long do Slatkin + Co. candles typically burn?
Our signature 3-wick candles are designed to burn for approximately 30 to 50 hours, depending on the environment and how the wicks are maintained.
What is the best way to care for my candle to ensure an even burn?
Always trim wicks to 1/4 inch before lighting. Ensure the first burn allows the wax pool to reach the edges of the vessel to prevent tunneling.
What is your return policy for home fragrance products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.
