Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
